If you are in the market to purchase a new home, enrolling in our unique Real Estate Rewards Program will provide you with a cash award worth thousands of dollars!

Now, here’s the deal:

Enroll in our Real Estate Rewards program and remain throughout the purchase process (finding, and closing on any property listed for sale in either the Inventory or Employee Marketing category), and we will award you a cash rebate equal to $10.00 per thousand of the purchase price, or, one percent (1%) of the purchase price. This is, of course, conditioned upon a successful closing of an eligible property and the submission of a copy of the HUD-1 statement as verification. See Terms and Conditions
Each Realtor® ("Licensed Agent"), who participates in our program, has been selected on the basis of their individual service capabilities, reputation amongst their peers, and market share presence. In addition, all licensed agents have met the rigorous and ongoing service standards established by CHV. However, if for any reason you are uncomfortable with the selected licensed agent, please phone 1.866.262.7500. And, if a suitable solution cannot be reached, an immediate change in representation will be made.
To find inventory and Employee Marketing homes (homes of transferred co-workers) for sale, open the Options Box, enter the name of your employer and those properties will be shown on our Map in either the Inventory Properties or the Employee Marketing Properties tab.

If you don’t find an inventory home that suits you, but you find another home on our site that is Real Estate Rewards “eligible”, or that you find another home in the community with the assistance of our assigned licensed agent, we will award you a cash rebate equal to $5.00 per thousand of the purchase price. Terms & Conditions
1.    The cash rebate is available to you only if you elect to use the Corporate Homeview network of licensed agents to buy and/or sell their home.
2.    You are eligible for the incentive ONLY if you complete our Enrollment Form and submit it to Corporate Homeview or by calling 1.866.262.7500 and speaking with a Corporate Homeview representative.
3.    You will receive the cash rebate following the closing of the real estate transaction and as soon as proper documentation is received.
4.    This Program IS NOT available in Arkansas, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Missouri, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island and West Virginia.
5.    The states of Alabama, Mississippi, New Hampshire, Oregon and Tennessee allow for customary incentive payment to be in the form of a credit at closing.
Note: The cash rebate is based upon the standard 6.00% real estate brokerage commission, with an equal split between the listing and selling broker. Should the commission on your transaction be different than the customary 6.00%, you will receive an adjusted amount.

 Program In Brief
Now that you have decided to purchase a new home and have not established a formal relationship with a licensed agent, complete the Enrollment Form below and click Submit. If you aren't able to work online, call us at 1.866.262.7500 and we will take the information over the telephone. Once the information is received, a licensed agent will be assigned to work with you to find a new home. The licensed agent will be touch with you within twenty-four hours to work out scheduling for home browsing, area tours, etc. At the same time, you will receive an email regarding all the pertinent information about the licensed agent's firm that we have selected to assist you.
